Tell us a little bit about what you do here at Orderfox:

I execute a variety of tasks here at Orderfox. One of course is customer management in regards to understanding his needs and target the right manufacturers for quotation in order to reach the perfect match.

What is a typical day at Orderfox like for you?

My day usually starts with a coffee with my colleagues. Where we discuss high value deals, and upcoming deadlines. Then I start my day checking incoming requests, preparing, discussing and submitting them to our experts. Reply to customer inquiries and monitor the quotation process of my ongoing deals. I reach out to manufacturers world wide to clarify technical details or gather additional information requested by our buyers. 

How long have you worked for Orderfox?

I joined end of february 2021

What’s your favourite part about working for Orderfox?

The dynamic of the company and the spirit across all departments

What challenges do you face and how do you deal with these?

The main challenge in my role is to balance buyers needs and manufacturer capabilities. I do so, by deeply understanding the buyers aim; economically as well as from a technical perspective. We at Orderfox have a deep understanding of buyers` needs and manufacturers` capabilities.
